I am going tomorrow to pick up a rotisserie to put the bus on so we can get to the bottom to fix and prime.

We are going back with IRS rear end and adding adjusters to the front end so that it will sit 3-4 inches lower but still have a basically stock suspension.
Everything is now being cleaned and will be coated, painted or replaced as things start going back together,
